Hello lovely readers

Since maybe some of you don’t have Instagram (yet maybe?), I thought I could share with you today some of my favorite Instagram shots. I just recently discovered Instagram because honestly at the beginning I thought “oh not again another opportunity for narcissistic people to present themselves and get lots of (often fake) compliments for it.”

Although I still feel like this sometimes I also think that it is a great source of inspiration and creativity. A long time ago in a world before social media, a time that feels so distant now (that is nostalgia right there folks haha) we just lived in the moment. We saw something beautiful, experienced something exciting and we just enjoyed it and took it all in. Now we feel the urge to take out our phones and cameras out and freeze every moment for forever. We feel like that magical moment right there doesn’t mean anything if we cannot share it with the rest of the world. So on the contra-side we have people runnin’ around like crazy constantly searching for the perfect Instagram picture. On the pro-side we get to see so many breathtaking pictures from people we don’t know who were brave (climbing a glacier maybe?) and put a lot of effort in that one shot.

So following my philosophy not to take myself and the world too seriously I jumped on the train and so far I like it. It may not be perfect but it’s good enough for now.
